Krav Maga Technique of the Month: Overhand Direct One-Handed Strike Defense
Had a brief conversation yesterday afternoon with a FB contact about JKD as well. He had been studying JKD but moved on to something more "street practical" - it sounded like another reality-based fighting system. I have not been paying attention to those lately; is interest in them still growing?
