Who Watches Asian Dramas in Asia?
Is it safe to assume that in E. Asian countries most of the viewers of dramas are women? Some may pull their whipped husbands into watching them. (An exception might be historical dramas, which often feature a romantic subplot but other subplots as well that would be of greater interest to men?) Are the men are off doing something else in the home while their wives watch TV? How common is a second television?
