Christopher West is, sadly, a product of the troubled thinking of Pope John Paul II, who introduced this dangerous idea into the Catholic mainstream.
There is little doubt that at some future date, when the Church has recovered its equilibrium, that the "theology of the body" will be condemned for the incitement to lust that it is.
