Count me among the skeptics now?

Sandro Magister, South Korea, the Asian Tiger of the Church

I have read about the numbers of converts to the Church in Korea before, but how many of them preserve their faith? Even if the Church is in somewhat good shape at the moment, what impact is it having on surrounding society? Is it sufficiently counter-cultural? How long before it is overwhelmed by consumerism and feminism? ("Classical" liberalism may have less of an impact on Korean society than feminism, though the latter is rooted in the former.)
