Tonight on KPIX News the reporter solicited the opinion of a USF Law School faculty member (I think this is she) about today's ruling on Proposition 8. She thought the ruling was correct--we got the rhetoric about equality, due process/the 14th Amendment, liberty, and so on. So she teaches at a supposed Catholic university? Good job Jesuits.

(I remember reading about USF faculty opposing Proposition 8 before but I wasn't paying attention to the names.)
