Where else but youtube would have videos of the ceremonies for handover of Hong Kong to China in 1997? I finally found the video I was looking for, these have the piece of music that was played while the British flag at the governor's mansion was given to Chris Patten... does anyone know the name of the tune? iirc, I think it is was one of Mr. Patten's favorites, and hence they played it for him.
