I had heard news about this a while back, but had not checked for updates. The mission is an apostolate of the FSSP.
Phoenix Latin Mass
Might be worth checking out next time I go to Arizona. It would probably be much better than the local parish that we normally go to... even if it is low Mass with no chant...
I hope the new bishop of Phoenix is able to rein in some of the excesses, and undertake reform.
