Sung by Noriko Sakai, this was the opening song for Heaven's Coins (Jdorama page). Nori-P started singing as a teenager, and was a product of the Japanese teen idol factory, but her career lasted well into the 90s, being a fan favorite in Taiwan and Hong Kong. Like many other singers she also went into acting, and started in various Japanese dramas, including Heaven's Coins. She married in 1998 (lucky guy, whoever it is), and seems to be in semi-retirement with respect to her singing career. (I don't believe she has officially retired.) She has participated in some recent dramas, but I would be surprised if they were the main roles:
