Another Fung Wah bus crashed into a guardrail on the Mass Pike in Allston...
Bad road conditions--icy and slushy roads... but it's not clear yet what the cause of the crash is.
Whether the bus drivers should be able to speak English may become an issue.

Absolutely not. Who wants a Fung Wah driver who can speak English? What a ridiculous idea. What is the point of Chinatown to Chinatown bus service if, after 150 years in the United States, those who live and work in areas called "Chinatown" are forced to speak English? Humph! Humph!
