Probably not new material, just the original BBC series being broadcast here in America. In Kitchen Nightmares he tries to turn failing restaurants around. Sounds like there are plenty of opportunities for him to give his brand of 'constructive criticism.' haha

Apparently the original Hell's Kitchen in the UK featured celebrities learning how to cook. They should have done that here, because many of the people on the Fox version don't seem to know how to cook.
Pete wants to go to the Ramsay restaurant in NYC.
