Cardinal Schoenborn speaks on Dover

It might have been better if he had not said anything--this will undoubtedly be used as evidence of meddling by foreign fundamentalists who don't understand what "true" science is. The truth is, secondary schools (and dare we say it, colleges and universities) are very poorly equipped (lack the right people) to teach reasoning skills to their students (not even the presuppositions of the "scientific method").
