Edit. Unfortunately Mr. Paredes is wrong in his understanding of the Constitution and the 2nd Amendment, which he claims to be THE pre-emption law of the country which should prevent any states from restricting gun rights.
If concealed carry is restricted to those who can demonstrate necessity, then what other option do those who wish to carry a firearm for self-defense have than open carry?
