OB thinks that the cockroaches that are literally at our doorstep originated from another house in the neighborhood. They must have fled after the occupants called in an exterminator and fumigated the house or something. Do I recall seeing anything like that in the last couple of months? Anyway, cockroaches elicit a reaction of disgust. Is this a natural response or if it is acquired? At any rate I was forced to take measures into my own hands and I laid down several layers of ant & roach killer spray in front of the door and garage; it has been rather effective but I am almost out of spray, so I may have to go to Home Depot this week to pick up another can.
