Family Thanksgiving dinner today. Br. B was able to come, along with ah Fai. That was nice. Turkey turned out all right, though I was hoping for more. Next time I'll keep it in the oven until the backbone can be separated easily, and we'll just leave it in the pan, instead of carving it up... carnitas turned out well, though the meat did eventually dry out too.
