Free Gokhale Method classes

Schedule of free classes at the Esther Gokhale Wellness Center. I'm watching one of the free online classes, but I haven't been paying attention as I should be. I'll have to concentrate when reading her book later. If you do sign up for a free online class, you may want to make sure your browser has the WebEx Meeting program (Cisco product) installed already -- it will take 2 or 3 minutes. Also, if you want to talk and be heard, instead of sending messages by typing, you'll need a microphone/headset.
